att 2,300 feet, our challenging championship golf course, designed by the famous golf course designer Robert Trent Jones Sr., makes prime use of the rolling foothills at the base of the ridge. Rated as one of the 130 best-designed courses in the United States, the Cacapon course features 73 well-placed sand bunkers. There are three ponds on the course which come into play on four holes. The course has several other water hazards in the form of small streams coming from the mountain side. The course is known for a double green that is over 100 yards wide. |
